Typical story really, the sale was fine but when I had to return to them with the car to have various things sorted he wasn't really interested, my main issue was the air con which on the day he told me it was functioning, but after checking it out the compressor was broken. It got fixed in the end but it was like pulling teeth getting them to do it.
