The best Aftersales ever!

I have just received the best customer service ever and this was in aftersales! Nick from garland aldershot truly did go above and beyond. Not that I encouraged it, but Nick insisted, he came in on his day off as he wanted to help me personally. With his child in tow (who waited patiently in the office to enjoy the rest of their day off together), he came up with a number of options for me that all had only my best interests at heart. Alot of companies advertise they are a family run business and there is no feel that they are. Nick provided me with a level of service I have only received a few times before and never in aftersales, not only with a family feel but with a touch of class . It is hard to find good customer service anywhere, exceptional customer service is rare. Especially in a a sector that is plagued with stereotyoes. Once found it is something to hang onto. Nick is clearly not in the business to make a quick buck, he is at garlands for the long term and wants to help customers with their first visit and every subsequent one after that. If you are a reasonable and understanding person who is decent enough to understand Nick doesn't create problems on purpose and you are willing to give Nick the time and opportunity to investigate he will put you first everytime. Unfortunately for Nick he is working in a environment with many variables, people and machines, and he does not have a crystal ball! But what he does have is a kind and caring heart, firm but fair. I hope all customers and Garlands themselves know what a asset he is to have.
