My Son was keen to buy a car he'd seen at Hartwell Ford Hemel Hempstead. The sales man he spoke to, Mike, was very friendly and helpful. He organised for the car to be delivered to Hemel from another dealership site. After the test drive, we pointed out the remedial repairs we wanted, Mike took all these comments on board and organised for the works to be done. We also had dealings with Matthew Peterson, Showroom Manager who was very knowledgeable, friendly and ultimately helpful. 3 days since we collected the car, and whilst there's a couple of bits we hadn't initially noticed on the car (broken parcel shelf bracket) I'm confident that Hartwell Hemel Hempstead will do all they can to rectify as they have throughout my dealings with them.
