Shocking after sales

I recently bought a car from this dealership and on receiving the car noticed a few little problems. The main one being the door protector on the drivers side was not sitting correctly. Since then it has been back twice and they have not managed to rectify the problem. I have spoken to them today and they have informed me they will not be fixing. I pointed this problem out right from the start. The after sales are a joke and I would expect this sort of service from a back street garage not a main dealer. Don't waste your time with this dealership go to Simpsons not these cowboys.
