Overall I am happy with Invicta.
I had them bring in a Mazda from another dealer for me. That went well, but I did have to show I fully intended to buy it! They are a Ford Dealer, after all. I had my own finance deal, which they were happy to match and I bought their 3 years servicing, warranty and recovery package, plus GardX body protection. I think I'd refuse the GardX next time. I didnt really see it making much difference to a good waxing! Their service manager was very helpful and where there were issues was fully prepared to discount costs to keep me happy. For instance, they spent time on a repair that should have been under recall, and then called the Mazda dealer on my behalf, and only charged me for their costs. The only incident that caused me concern was getting a part from Mazda took time and I was left wondering what was happening for too long. A quick call every few days would have helped.
