We visited Robin Ward because we needed advice from a specialist, on the right Hilux model for our needs (we found Toyota dealerships lacked expertise / experience). Kate my wife is a registered retrainer of race horses (so the truck was needed towing / feeding / yard work all terrains all weathers) and we have 4 dogs to boot, so we needed the right vehicle. Robin was super generous with his time and answered all our questions, helping us to work through the options and mods needed. We chose an 2020 extracab. The vehicle was delivered quickly and fitted with the extras we needed very efficiently. Thanks to Robin we have the perfect vehicle for our needs! Stefan and Kate Mieczkowski
