Worst garage ever

My company purchased a vehicle from Regency car sales Elgin on the 13th Jan 2020 making it clear at time of purchase I required the vehicle for school contract work ! I took delivery of vehicle within two days it was lifted of Inverness roundabout via transporter and taken to Ross Clava garage from March to September the vehicle was parked up due to lockdown and school closures! Since resuming work the vehicle has not managed to work a week without losing power struggling on hill work basically not fit for its purpose! Numerous emails and calls to management pleading for help to rectify faults or give me my money back this they have categorically refused to do ! The vehicle at a cost of 20k with vat is a lot of money to a small contractor trying to make a living and more important make sure our children are transported in a safe and roadworthy vehicle this has fallen on regency’s deaf years while I read in media their managerial director offered repairs to vehicles being run by key workers for free during lockdown and laid his fleet off company cars and Demos at the disposal of moray council !
