So the car I bought was ten years old and you expect to have a couple of issues with it, but when things go wrong, it's how a company deals with it that sets them apart. The service from the team was great - there was no pressure sell and from what I could see of the car it all looked fine and the test drive all went well. But shortly after buying the car, a couple of faults cropped up that needed dealing with, and with Hadden's a good hour away and an impending holiday they agreed to get it checked out locally. Long story short, I needed to get the car into Volvo to have some work done and a local garage for another fault. All through the process, Hadden's were polite, professional and ensured that the work was paid for under the warranty with the car. It's taken a couple of weeks to sort, mainly as I had to fit it in around work and an incorrect part being delivered, but I'm happy. The car is a workhorse, and if it was human, it would be middle-aged with a few creaks and not the fastest on the block. I can relate to that! Have already told this story to friends and a couple of thousand work colleagues - an excellent example of customer experience.
