He was professional yet kind and friendly. Declan went over and above to keep me up to date with txts and video links, obviously working overtime to put my mind at rest, showing me where the car was during every step of the process, no matter what time of day also making all the documentation seems so easy. He shows all the signs of a dedicated salesman who obviously has customer care as his core value. Farnell’s were very professional yet personal thanks to Declan.
