our new Ssangyong Korando 2.2 LE diesel automatic. Naturally, it was a nice occasion, but much in our minds was the quality of customer service received by salesperson, Matt and his colleagues. Whilst looking for a car to suit, including the ability to adequately pull our caravan, a priority was to feel assured that the customer service was to a high standard. One is always mindful of life's disappointing buying experiences at times. Hence our wanting to really shop around. We found ourselves coming back to Matt at Unity, Tredington. We liked his down to earth, polite and friendly, organised approach. From the outset Matt was professional. There was no pressure to buy; rather Matt is someone we immediately felt at ease with. We were happy with the part exchange part of the deal which was fair and realistic. In the necessary phone conversations and emails, Matt went into helpful detail and was really obliging in responding to questions we asked. This enabled us to feel relaxed and confident throughout the buying process including a test drive at the start and returning another day to complete paperwork etc. Matt was helpful and clear giving guidance. And finally he spent unhurried time going through the workings of the car. Furthermore, we liked the assurance given regarding after sales service which goes out of its way to help make things as convenient as possible including a courtesy car being available at service times. All in all it's been a stress free happy buying experience and it's nice sharing this with other potential customers. Matt did his utmost to help our buying experience go smoothly.
