Poor service at Cotswold BMW Cheltenham

Took my BMW in for a full service costing £490 and car was returned full of birds mess and grime causing damage to my paint work. Certainly didn't live up to their quote "your BMW is our pride and joy" Promised to be put right but now reneging on what was originally agreed.
