Total RIP OFF in motion
This company has the worst end of contract process you can imagine. Highly disingenuous. Car was inspected a month before collection and no damage was reported. The guy spent forty minutes with the car. Nothing mentioned on the report emailed to me later either. Then on collection day, two clowns inspected the car (one of them ate a banana whilst inspecting) and spent forty five minutes. Did not bring anything to my attention. The guy even said all good and left. Then a few days later they send me a report and £600 bill! Obviously I disputed it. No response for two months and then out of the blue accounts send me a bill for an even higher amount. I dispute it again and then they get back to me with a revised £280 odd bill for alloy wheel damage. How on earth can you not notice alloy wheel damage on two separate inspections? It beggars belief! Same old cock and bull about car being dirty (like others have reported here) and dull day whereas in the photos the day was sunny lol. Dispute then raised to BVRLA who sided with them (cos they're all part of a club obviously). So now I will be seeing them in court I guess and fight it there.
