I bought a BMW x5, in March, couple of days later a warning light on dash come on, phoned sms they said it was just a blip as I was driving on bumpy roads they said they would get it fixed, Then covid happened garage closed, I had to take car to my local garage the mechanic looked at it said the air suspension was gubbed and would cost £350to get it fixed, and don't drive car I left car with garage he got it fixed, not had a problem with car since. But I emailed SMS they did not get back to me, I'm sorry about this as it's a great car sale rom but I feel badly let down as car was still under guarantee.
