Poor customer service
Son brought a car from them. Was promised full service history. 3 months warranty and new MOT and a service before collecting the car. On the way home oil light kept coming up on the dash. Emailed them to be told the service was carried out. And they didn’t know why the oil light was coming on. We checked the oil, empty, we checked the coolant, empty. Called the garage again to be told to return the car and they would look at it. Took car to them, was told they would put in a recon engine as the oil and coolant were emptying. And they said they would deliver the car back to us at the weekend. The courtesy car they gave us, packed up 2 miles down the road, to find out the courtesy car has the same issue as my son’s car. The garage supplied us with yet another car, to be told again they would deliver my son’s car on Saturday, We were promised an update in regards to my son’s car. That never happened. I called the garage for an update, to be told couldn’t deliver the car as short staffed. Today came, rang the garage to be told they would contact us when the car was being delivered. Come 3pm nothing from the garage. Rang them again to be told they never said they would deliver the car, and if we wanted the car we were to drive the courtesy car back up to them, bearing in mind they only put a couple of pounds worth in petrol and had a flat tyre. Managed to get the car back up to them. Funnily enough the man that made all the promises and was rude to us on the phone wasn’t around. Appalling customer service, constant broken promises. Car not up to scratch when promised they would fix it. Please don’t go there. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers!
