£2500 down the drain

Please learn by my mistake and do not on any account give any of your hard earned money to these crooks. I purchased a Mondeo Estate from them at the very end of November 2019. Less than two weeks later I had to be recovered from the A1, injector failure. I called them to say I wanted them to sort it or refund me and they were beyond rude, telling me to "go away" and putting the phone down on me even though I was polite in my requests. They stopped answering the phone and ignored my letters. Turned out there was a lot more wrong with the car and it was scrapped. £2500 for two weeks driving... Go anywhere else to buy your next car but NOT here!
