Sells shoddy cars

Bought a Renault Clio from him in 2004 (I’ve a long memory!). Should’ve paid more attention to how dodgy the car was when I viewed it, e.g. aftermarket central locking added to a car that came with central locking as standard... Had no end of trouble with the car which eventually threw a con-rod lunching the engine. He refused to honour the warranty or do anything to assist. He said “I’d never sell you a car again” which is a very odd thing to say. I’m certain he knew what a shit-box the car was and didn’t care once it was driven away. If you must buy from him, do it with your eyes wide open!
