I had several problems with the car including the air conditioning which has been "repaired" twice and it's still not working properly,the seat belt ,the navigation,the back seats can be folded only when they want to..I have to try several times and if I am lucky enough they will fold .. long story short I ve complained a few times and I be been told that it's normal with new models as haven't been tested enough,which they ve should tell me at the beginning because I wouldn't choose this model...not to mention that they were answering my emails when I was thinking to buy a car but when was time to complain about my car they wouldn't answer and after a few calls they were sending me to a different department ..almost a year since I be brought it and I still go to the service because it's still not working properly. Good job Mercedes!
