Disappointing car ...

I bought a used RAV4 from this company in April. It looked good - no body rust, reasonable mileage, nice interior, and working well. I was told the mechanical parts would be warrantied. Unfortunately, the car has fairly serious underbody rust. It is so out of line with the condition of the rest of the body and the interior that I suspect that something very bad happened to it (seawater immersion?) and that it was later superficially tidied up. The rust isn't insignificant and must have been obvious to the seller. The fuel filler pipe has rusted through, and I don't yet know what it will cost to repair. Nor do I know whether the other rusted components can be economically repaired or replaced. They are not covered by the warranty. I'm very disappointed. I now have a car with only a fraction of the life left in it that I had hoped for. I should have been more careful. I certainly will be next time. I sent a message to Stewart on Facebook before posting this review, and I haven't had a reply.
