Not trustworthy - AVOID

I found a 2019 Huracan Evo on Optima's website via Autotrader. I spoke with one of their staff and was told that the car was with them on a sale or return basis, being the car of a good client of theirs. It was advertised as having 4,000 miles on the clock. I put down a deposit. I requested the exact mileage as one photo showed 3,850 miles and the video showed 2,750 miles. I also asked whether the car had the maintenance pack and where it was originally supplied from. I was promised that the car was at their storage facility and was going to be brought to the showroom "any minute now" where a video of all the documents would be sent to me.This is where all communication stopped - despite approximately 20 phone calls, texts and e-mails I heard nothing more from Optima. I was assured that the car was a physical car and had put down a deposit remember - I then received a call from the business manager to refund my deposit. He informed me that the car was unavailable now!
