Very unhappy customer

Bought a Discovery Sport from this dealership and have had a mixed experience since of the service department. Recently tried numerous times to get a service appointment on the telephone eventually had to leave a message on the system. Two weeks later I am still awaiting a return call. Roger Young in Plymouth actually answer the telephone and provide an excellent service.
