Trying to buy a van

Ive been trying to buy a van from renault leicester since February 2020. Ive emailed many times, spoke on the phone 5 times and even went in the garage, sat down with the salesman to discuss my new van. The date is 18 Sept 2020 and i still have NO quote on my desk. This garage is the poorest sales team i have ever witness, total waste of space. do not try to buy from this garage
