No customer service skills, avoid!!

Absolutely disgusted with their attitude to us after deciding not a buy a car we viewed. Very rude, sent us a very disrespectful and condescending email that basically accused of lying about our reasons for not buying. Also, we originally had to cancel our viewing slot due to unforeseen circumstances, but were then able to sort out our situation and called back to say we now would be able to go. They had the cheek to call this a "token gesture"!! Cannot be trusted and clearly appear to be the sort of dealership that will attempt to con people that don't know better. Avoid! Their supposed "good reputation" is entirely undeserved. By the way, the car was not at the standards they claimed it was.
