Yet again no call back

This garage service department is impossible to get in touch with. Initially offered a call back. A day and a half later still waiting Called them again put through no answer so gave up. Tried booking online. Got an email back from the Service Manager to say they would call me back. Guess what, still waiting. Tried again put through and after approx 7 mins on hold I was cut off. Customer service at its best.
