Not very good.

Seen a car advertised, went there and was looking at the car, with deposit ready, someone else turned up while looking at the car to see the same one and I was told to wait in the waiting room, while they looked at the car, Then told take a card and call back tomorrow to see if still available, ofcourse it was sold.
