used to be great; now not so

had my car serviced in July, was delayed in returning it to me and did not then tell me it was ready so lost 2 days use, no substitute car offered even though I have a service plan through them, am still waiting for the service report which was promised me by email (as their system was down on the day) but despite reminders on the phone, and emails still no information so I have cancelled my plan reluctantly. I don't know what they have done, what they have charged or what I need to keep an eye on and it is now 2 months. they used to be really good but I noticed the helpful staff have gone and this is sad that I have to find another service site..
