Not Happy with Imperial Motor Company

I Purchased a car from Imperial Motor Company and had it independently checked and found that it needed £1,300 of work and it was blowing blue smoke. Imperial Motor Company said that they fixed it but the day after it broke down again and more blue smoke. I asked for my money back and they have refused. going to court in November. Worst car dealer that I have ever come across.
