APAULING!
My vehicle was collected by the dealer and photographed when collected. Due to Covid 19 they could not return, deliver it. I went to the dealer to find the vehicle had substantial damage to the bonnet, it was photographed on collection and un-damaged . They have refused to accept any responsibility. The vehicle bonnet can not be opened. I have an invoice from the dealer for £434.28, which includes replacing bonnet cable and handle.
