Honest and Unbiased Review I was looking for Honda jazz in good condition for under 1000 pounds and dig every website, used car dealers near me. My requirement is very specific which rounds me to find less possibilities. Luckily when i saw the advert on theAA website and found the car i was looking for. Immediately called up dealer, asked them clearly if anything not working in the car and or anything missing. They assured me everything is perfect and you can buy it with peace of mind. Paid 10% and booked the car. Before calling the dealer, i checked each review other users has given and finally convinced myself that these people are nice and trustworthy. I live 200 miles away and went to collect car after 3 days, changing 4 trains to reach bradford from ipswich. Everything they mentioned in the advert is their like full service history, good condition etc etc. Finally paid and drove car back home. Just after 4 days, car went to full service at hallford and found that cat converter is missing from car. Instead a pipe has been wielded to bypass. Immediately contacted dealer and told him about missing part. BTW cat itself cost 1150 pounds from Honda which is more than cost of car itself. Surprising I bought the car on Aug 31 and last MOT passed was on Aug 14. Strange how the car passed MOT without Cat. Dealer refused to compensate and denied of any knowing about missing cat. I was honestly shocked and surprised that how could they do not know about it. I get the cat job done from hallford and it cost me 680 pounds apart from other repair cost which is fine as car is old. They do offered me to return the car but that is not practically possible and they know it too because the service cost plus pick up drop cost has cost me 450 pounds which is not refundable. I would not say they are worse car dealers as i had seen more worse than that but take extra precaution while you deal with them or any other car dealers. Every repair cost will eat their profits and they will never do the complete job besides Cat which is far too expensive. If they could have disclosed about missing cat, they would have deserved 5 star review but because they have hide the important fact which led me take wrong purchase decision so i am giving only 1 stars. Its a cheating for me Be vigilant. Give a thumbs up so that it remains the top review for others to see
