Inconsiderate and money grabbing

Please be very aware of the service that you will get from this company. My mother who is soon 72, brought a brand new car from this company 18 months ago. Since buying it (Vauxhall Griffin) the clutch has failed twice, which was repaired. Now for the 3rd time, car has now gone 2000 (yes two thousand) miles, it has failed again, slightly different issue. My mother, not only soon 72, also looks after her 95 year old mother, she has no other means of transport as my father does not drive. Eden reported that they do not have the parts in stock and she cannot drive the car and it will be off the road for at least another week. They have absolutely refused my mother the use of a courtesy car. If companies like this cannot help people in my mothers situation during these times, then they are certainly not worth using again. For the trolls, I live abroad and cannot assist them.
