Using Covid as an excuse to provide no customer service. If you want a hire car there is a month’s waiting list. On collecting your car you are left sitting around for half an hour at least without attention. Any staff member passing avoids eye contact you might have the plague! This lack of attention applied to all those customers waiting not just me. Car not cleaned inside (covid excuse) or outside only one Valeter apparently and I guess I wasn’t worthy. I wanted to buy another car from them today but if they treat loyal customers like this they will join the companies to go out of business as a result of Covid excuses to not provide a service. It’s not that difficult to social distance in a huge showroom and provide a good service
