I purchased my van over the phone and delivery was agreed. When I took delivery the van was fully loaded with builder's rubbish. The sat-nav was missing, the engine air filter housing was missing, the leak off injector circlips were missing and there was no service history despite being told there was full service history. I spoke to the seller and we agreed a partial refund and the sat nav to be posted. 2 weeks later - nothing. All my communication has been ignored. Avoid at all costs.
