Unroadworthy after 2 months.

Be careful of this garage. 6 weeks after purchasing the car, the suspension collapsed. Nearly a month later and no progress, no communication and we have no vehicle. Have now rejected the vehicle due to being unroadworthy and the extreme inconvenience caused (under Consumer Rights Act 2015 there is an obligation by them to repair or replace and no inconvenience to ourselves). Hoping they respond to our request for a full refund, otherwise it’s going to have to go to court.
