Not a good business to deal with
Just Imagine a car dealer having your car for 24 days I have Vidios to prove everything and the emails Day 1 Turbo goes so I take it in Day after you can collect the car it's fixed so I go and collect the car Soon as I have the car back it's going back into limp mode Take it back again for them to put a recon turbo on Then a dreaded TRANSMITION FAULT TRACTION REDUCED Warning light comes on , witch means the car goes into front wheel drive only and the special modes dont work it says terrain response faulty I have Vidios of all this So It goes back in for a new BATTERY get the car back drives okay for 2 days then the warning is back on Goes back in 2 days later the dealer says it's fixed So i go and collect the car to have it repaired again After 13 days they emailed me stating the car was fixed ready for me to collect Not only does the car have turbo fault, transmition fault it allso Missfires on start up in the morning After receiving the car back 2 days ago i was taking it back home and the warning light came up again so i quickly pulled over and took a vidio of the fault on the screen and to show the terrain modes do NOT Work with getting out of the vehicle to show the reg plate to prove it All in all a shoddy service i know my rights and after 30 days you are aloud one chance to fix the car and if this fails i have rights to a full refund and allso either my deposit money back of my trade in vehicle back I have been very very patient with you guys and now this leaves me not only angry but very upset and Billy and Micheal are full of garbage I have Vidios Pictures and EMAILS to back all of this up Also just to add when I recieved the car back the most recent time it has loose nuts and bolts under the bonnet on the side just rolling about were a mechanic has taken something to bits and not put back propperly I didn't want to do this review but I have been patient and this is the last straw , you dont treat a customer with lies and Bullcrap So I'm on to the finance company now with all the emails and Vidios and pictures and a full list of the times and dates the car went back for Supposed repairs The least you can do is make this process as easy as possible as I have been messed about for too long now
