Bad experience, must have been the unlucky one! Car was not valeted before purchase as requested numerous times, just was fobbed of with some kind of banter! Still went ahead and brought the car, as I thought I could trust the sale... First mistake. Upon driving the car home, I got the car valeted myself at my cost and the damage on the car was considerably bad. This had not been shown in the pictures when advertised nor were they clearly pointed out to me when looking. Yes, this is my responsibility too, but the car was filthy and it was impossible to see. The car was in my opinion overpriced for what it was and I should have negotiated. The car I part exchanged was mint and well looked after, the car I received was not and for this I feel like I have made a very bad decision……. Will not being using again!
