They were polite on the day but once the car was sold they have done the bare minimum, the car had no petrol when I drove it away, the sat nav wasn't working they were supposed to sort it before I drove the car away and they still haven't rectified it despite agreeing to do so over 3 months ago, they did send another disc out but it was the wrong one and I've had to chase them every step of the way. Based on their after sales I wouldn't use Parkside Motor Company again.
