Lies / Dreadful costumer service

I do not recommend this dealership at all due to the lies and false promises I experienced, combined with the dreadful customer support post-purchase. The service when purchasing the car was fine, although it was agreed they would deliver the car to me, which failed to happen. If this had been the only issue I had, I would not be writing this review. However, as soon as money exchanged hands everything changed. Promises made when negotiating the cost of the car, such as repairs to stone chips and the retrieval of a spare key were not met. I could excuse the failure to repair the chips (although the car pick up date was delayed due to them ‘supposedly’ fixing the issue) due to my excitement to receive the car, however, what I cannot excuse is the unprofessional approach the dealership has taken regarding the promised spare key. I have wasted and waited for several months whilst they look for this key which I am now sure doesn’t exist (I am going to reiterate here this key was promised to me). The dealership is now refusing to respond to me and they are trying to pretend the issue isn’t here. God forbid I lose my key – what happens then? If you want good customer service – go somewhere else. I’d understand if I had purchased a cheap car, but as you can imagine I did not. If you do decide to buy your car from here (why?) then at least make sure you have everything they promise in writing.
