Exreamily dissapointed

Me and my wife purchased two cars for from cars of charminster/shellbourne motor services. As soon as we drove it -away we noticed the breaks were bouncing and their was a slight oil leak. We were told the breaks pads were new and just needed wearing in and to take it back in for the leak. Once we took the car back we were told that it needed a crank seal and this would cost £89 and that the break disks were warped. We took the car back and the garage had it for a few days when we received a call to say they needed to take the cam belt off to fix the crank seal and a new one with balancing would cost £249. We reluctantly had to agree to the new work. Once we had paid the new increased price we went back to get the car, soon after it started leaking again. So back the car goes and it was explained to me that they had noticed the sump pan had started deteriorating when they did the crank seal (but didn't mention or suggest repairing it.) so we left the car and expected a new sump to be installed, this took the garage two weeks to get the part in (meanwhile we didn't have the car or a curtosy car). Upon arriving home today after waiting two weeks for the latest repair the car exhaust was making a strange noise I inspected this and the muffler has snapped away from the pipe and to top it off there is no difference in the oil leak. We are gutted that we've had to drive to Bournemouth and back so many times from Blandford meanwhile my wife is trying to run a business from my car (also brought from them also now playing up but out of their very short warrenty). We explained the car was being brought for business use when we brought it and now were stuck with a car sold unfit for our specifications of requirements agreed at point of sale. Both cars were brought with brand new mots and both needed tyres replaced and bulbs replaced immediately post sale. I have emailed the manager who told me before that even after three months I could not get a refund as the car was used for business. However we did make it clear the car was intended for business use at point of sale and wert told about any differences in purchasing rights.
