Not good customer service

Just be extra careful when you want to buy a car. I visited the garage on a Monday, after I spoke to someone and said the car is available to drive off, when I arrived there the car wasn’t, the man denied that on call he said the car is ready. He said that the car will be ready on Wednesday, latest Thursday. I placed a deposit of £100 and left. I called him on Thursday morning and asked about the car, but the car wasn’t ready, he said Friday, or Saturday. I called Friday morning, the car wasn’t ready, and I give up. When I asked about the deposit refund, he said that he put money in to repair the car from me, and is my decision to give up, so will not get the deposit. That is my awfully experience.
