Shocking After Sales Care

Bought an Audi A6 from Euxton Sports and Prestige with a "new MOT". Returned the car within the week due to brake issues. As soon as there was a problem they didn't want to know and I had to get a second opinion. On further inspection, the front lower suspension bushes were badly split, front discs were corroded and the parking brake control module was proven faulty. After much stress and hassle, Euxton Sports and Prestige agreed to send the car to their "specialist" who confirmed the faults and attempted the repairs. On collection I had the car re-inspected to find the front suspension was barely attached. The sales staff were insulting and the service staff were of no help at all. The managing director has not had the courtesy to reply to my recorded letter of complaint. Avoid at all costs!!!
