Quick and helpful
My motorhome has just had its first engine service by the local Ford dealership. They pointed out that the rear high brake light was not working and that it was part of the Chausson warranty to rectify it. I called 3As this morning at 9.15, and got a helpful response from reception who passed me through to Sue, the warranty manager. She promised to search their stores for a replacement and rang me back to come straight down to get it fixed, despite the fact that their workshop was manic - when I went down, I actually saw how busy they were!! The work was done in 10 mins - my thanks to the technician and particularly to Sue for sorting it out so quickly. Problem sorted and I was home by 1300. Grateful thanks Sue. I hope it can be like this all the time.
