I emailed Autoland twice about a possible part exchange which they advertise on their website (my car for one of theirs). However, got no response to the emails and when I phoned got a garbled message (from Glen I think) that they had seen my email but had no interest. I pointed out that it would have been polite to at least respond to my emails rather than ignore them but this was met with silence. Not very professional and if you offer a part exchange option at least have the courtesy of responding to potential customers.
