Fantastic service

I purchased a fiat 500 back in April.great little car.The mot was till October but Alan said once the lockdown was over he would get a new mot on my new car so I had 12 months on it.i would like to say alan never once pushed me to buy the car and stayed very professional as with the covid and me as a carer I had to keep my distance.there were tiny Mark's, chip Mark's on the car which alan got done for me.He had the car mot done and passed with a few advisories ,in which alan told the mot centre to book the car in to get THEM done.he didn't need to do this as the car passed its mot.i was so delighted with such a great service from alan and auto guard sandy lane.my car recently as had a big chip on the bonnet which to me stood out so bad as my fiat is Pearl.i took my car to alan to see what he recommends what I do.he booked me in with his man that does paint body work.my chip as been done and at no cost to me ,I'm totally one happy customer and I highly recommend alan and Lombard motors as everything iv wanted done hes done it at no extra cost.my car is fab and I certainly with go back in the future and most 100 reccomend to family and friends.THANKYOU ALAN FOR LOOKING AFTER ME AND MY NEW BABY .
