Bought a second hand van with 3 month warranty £3995. broke down within a few weeks and few miles, the Owners are rude and arrogant ref to warranty, warranty ref to BVS. gone on for 7 weeks. claimed not to have an email address, 2 tracked and trace letters sent before going to next stage if unhelpful, first letter address inaccessible. Spoke with the younger man the only comment was "what do you expect from a used van" my reply was one that could be driven. mega faults came apparent very soon, oil topped to drive away before disaster. big 0 points
