Japanese trade centre dissatisfaction!

I wanted a Yaris Verso and the Japanese Trade Centre had one in fairly good condition in stock. However, I was prepared to purchase this car unseen (due to distance) on the proviso that a reversing camera was fitted and working. It was suggested that a system that works on the reversing mirror could be fitted. The car was brought to my home. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to see how the reversing camera worked until the Salesperson left. I contacted the Salesperson immediately to say the camera in bright daylight was not visible. Also I checked the web, and indeed this was the fault with this system.Indeed, sun and bright daylight caused problems with vision. Now it has been impossible to speak with anyone that could help. The Salesman was on an extended holiday. The camera fitter came to try to fit another system, but unfortunately there appears to be nowhere for the small screen to be fitted in this particular car. I have therefore requestd that this car be returned. I relied calling the Centre for days with no one answering the telephone and no one taking responsibility!. I had to speak with Trading Standards as clearly no one was going to help. I have now purchased my motorbility car which has a reversing camera amongst other extras. I really would have been happy with the Yaris Verso. I had hoped to have support from this garage not hit a brick wall. Trading Standards have instructed me to register a letter asking them to collect the car as it is not “ fit for purpose”. It looks like a court case to get my money back. I am eighty years old, disabled, due to a stroke, and I care for my Autistic son. I expected more from this Company. I have a small County Lane to negotiate with parking both sides of the road. Sometimes it is necessary to reverse down the whole lane, making a reversing camera essential for safety. So very, very, disappointed!
