Car still not repaired

Bought Nissan on Friday 10th August paid cash, no p/x was a present, price was fair, Drove car for 5 minutes air conditioning not working drove straight back spoke to salesman who said I would receive a call Monday or Tuesday to arrange for repair to be carried out, surprise surprise no call 😤 I contacted them and car was booked in for Friday to be rectified waited for 3 hours as I am from Dundee only to be told it needed a part which they said would be ordered and I would be contacted on Tuesday to arrange a time for fitting, Now Thursday evening and surprise surprise no call again, this is such poor service from a main dealer, I have contacted the service department and still no response, They have a Mercedes SLK which I was considering buying for myself, but after this experience not a chance I will go to Craignairn cars next door and probably buy the Mercedes they are selling, Seriously if you are considering a used car I would not recommend this branch, it seems they just couldn’t care less once they have your money, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
