I recently brought a car with them just after lockdown ended but because of the measures, test drives weren't allowed (as is everywhere). The car had passed an MOT and had all the advisories fixed and the sale was easy enough and on point with similar cars of the same year/make etc when I looked. Cars all come with insurance (I also got an extended insurance on mine) and the car did actually have two faults (it passed an MOT so it was fine and they were minor things. One was air con not working and the other was one of the features turning on and off intermittently) Got back in contact and the they took the car in to get it checked over, then brought in the parts to repair it (the bits not covered on warrantee), then booked me in to do the first repair then booked me in for the second one. After having already closed the sale and having got my money they still gave me 3 more days of their time to sort out the issues I was having. Car is now great. No issues at all and exactly what I thought I was purchasing. A lot of dealers would just leave it (had that experience in the past) but the team absolutely took ownership and got everything rectified for me. Great team and I would highly recommend them. This review was written with the new distancing measures etc in place as well so if anyone's concerned about that like I was, when the team says they'll sort out any issues you have they absolutely mean it.
