avoid at all costs!

Purchased a car, found out on the day of collection that it had only one set of keys. Not mentioned on the ad, because 30% of their very valuable and respectable customers lose their keys, so why to bother. They refused to take any further action. Undergone a full service and MOT, first day in the rain (the day after the purchase) found out in the middle of a storm that both the windscreen brushes were completely tore. Wonder what else slipped through the net of this very attentive garage, but I hope not to find out at my own life's expense. Avoid like the pest! They couldn't care less about their customers or about improving!
