where do i start

went to mj warner to get a new family car, nice, friendly sales man with all the usual talk. brought a Tiguan! had to come back for a test drive as the battery was flat. told it needed charging, battery died again the day we picked it up. and once more a day later. told to drive it charge it! second opinion for local garage was the battery was knackered and should have been changed before we picked it up after my brother who is also a mechanic had it out with them they finally agreed to change the battery( problem solved) then came the mot, told our tyres where dangerous but passed anyway so they didn't have to replace them at there cost. any problems are covered by them on first mot this is a con. car came with no add blue if they didn't check that what else didn't they check?? go somewhere else to buy a £22,000 car who will look after you for repeat custom, these will not. BAD FORM MJ WARNER. con men.
