False advertisement awful service

I agreed to purchase an Audi Q7. It was advertised with 150 miles when I enquired over the phone they confirmed it was 150. Upon this I made the decision to purchase it and travelled 100 miles (2 hours). Upon arrival we were not even offered a courtesy drink or even a sip of water even knowing i had travelled 100 miles south. I was greeted by Ben Maruro who then advises me that the car milage was in fact 5185 miles. I mentioned that it was confirmed to me on 2 occasions over the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and he called a young boy who acted as a manager (spoke to branch manager afterwards). I was spoken to very rudely but reduced the price by £500. I still agreed to purchase the vehicle and was promised they would change the wheel plate as they were scratched/scuffed. I paid the deposit and when the deliver time came and i asked whether if the plate was replaced i was told no. I declined to purchase the vehicle and ask for a refund. I was told to request in an email. Upon sending the email and multiple calls the refund was made 3-4 weeks later. This was after i complained and spoke to the branch manager. TOTALLY AVOID!
