Do NOT buy a car from this garage

DO NOT BUT A CAR from this garage. The rear seat belts were secured to the car by plastic tie cables on both window side rear seats. I have taken it to them back to the garage for 2 mot's since buying the car and it's never been picked up or they knew and passed it anyway. They and the mot testing place in earlswood have been reported to trading standards and the DVSA. I've been going to this garage for over 10 years and during that time I had noticed that anything gets through the mot andhad spoken with mark about it. They are rogue traders. I took my car back to the garage to show mark the seat belts and how they were attached he didn't want to know, wouldn't look and slammed the car door and stormed off. So much for excellent customer care. After 10 years of customer loyalty I was treated like that. I took it to a reputable Volvo dealer,to sort out and found out that the seat belt bolts were there but cable ties had seemed like a better option. I dont know how long I've been driving like that. My kids sit in the back, I/we were lucky not to have been killed by car dealers. SHAME ON YOU
